Hi, you are 14? You have more talent/potential than I did when I was 14 so I just want to give you some constructive criticism.
I think your biggest problem is proportion and anatomy. Her arms seem extremely thin compared to her torso and back, and it's as if her hands were chopped off. If she's wearing gloves, I think you need to make it more apparent that she is by making the outline a little more visible.

I think the shading is pretty good, but I'm unsure what those black dots are.
I think the design of the dress is very classy and stylish.

A vegetarian vampire is like a plant that doesn't photosynthesize. This is fabulous. I saw the thumbnail and was like 'DAMNIT more pro-Twilight fanart give me a break.'
What a nice surprise this was. Quite grotesque. Love it!

I remember watching this show with my grandpa before he died. This picture brings back such great memories and sums up the characters in one shot. I love the coloring and the clean lines. Fantastic expressions as well. 5/5 10/10

That chain was entirely re-drawn. The one in the sketch was a real chore and I didn't drew it well, so it was not looking good at all.
It's good that you like it, 'cause, as in all last minute changes, it got me really worried about if it would look right.
The chin is a bit whimsical, isn't it? I thought it looked more "groovy"... hehe.
